Sometimes we reject greatness for what is ordinary, because the ordinary is familiar.
This week’s message provides an understanding in defining and differentiating what it means to have everything versus having nothing.
Effort doesn’t work in the Kingdom. Faith is the currency in the Kingdom.
We tend to put too much value in our worldly possessions, forgetting that we need to lay down our lives (our possessions, achievements, etc.) in order to follow God. We often want what others have without having to do what they did to gain it; we want the crown without the cross.
We think we have everything, but in reality, we have and are nothing without Jesus Christ.
