In our final week of our sermon series This Is My Story, we unpacked some of the things that happened in Peter’s life. In order for us to become who God intended us to be, we will need to exercise obedience. Being obedient and following Jesus will cost you everything, even the things you want to hold on to.
Peter had issues he needed to work through and he had no idea how God was going to use him. At times, he allowed his external circumstances to cause him to doubt his faith. But even this didn’t disqualify him or change the calling God had for his life.
You will have to go through the problems to get to the promise. This is not the end of your story, there is something that God wants to do through your life.
